Illawarra Shoalhaven Nursing Care
The previous website for Illawarra Shoalhaven Nursing Care was clunky and difficult to navigate. Its messaging and aesthetics were tailored heavily toward an older demographic, making the business look exclusively like an aged-care provider. This narrow focus risked alienating NDIS participants and support coordinators who were searching for relevant disability services.
We partnered with the client to establish a highly communicative and flexible working relationship that easily accommodated her busy schedule. By listening closely to her vision and aligning with her company's core values, we ensured the collaborative process was exceptionally smooth. Our primary focus was on translating her goals into a cohesive digital strategy without adding unnecessary stress to her day-to-day operations.
The newly designed website accurately reflects the multifaceted nature of the business and is uniquely personalised with authentic company photos. By streamlining the inquiry process for support coordinators and shifting away from the limiting aged-care aesthetic, the site now provides a highly relevant and inviting user experience specifically designed to drive targeted NDIS business growth.
"The new one [website] is a hundred times better... It outlines us as a whole company, it's personalised by bringing our own photos into the website itself, good backstories, easy processes for support coordinators or inquiries to come across... without a doubt, it's been one of the easiest processes in my business to date to deal with." — Samantha Ruggeri, Illawarra Shoalhaven Nursing Care

Creative Disability Care (Tiawaana Wilkie)
For NDIS providers, accessibility and clarity are everything. However, Tiawaana felt her previous website was overly "wordy" and lacked a streamlined flow. The sheer volume of text was overwhelming, and she recognised that her participants needed a much simpler way to find essential information. Tiawaana had been trying to build and fix the website herself, which was proving to be a frustrating and time-consuming roadblock.
Tiawaana originally discovered us through a Facebook post offering a free website build. While naturally a little hesitant at first ("nothing is for free"), she realized it was the perfect opportunity to hand the reins over to professionals and remove the financial pressure of a new build.
Our primary goal was to take the burden off her shoulders. During the strategy phase, our team member Oscar worked closely with Tiawaana, asking targeted questions to help her clarify her message. Even when she knew what she wanted but didn't know how to articulate it, our collaborative process helped extract her exact vision. We prioritized clear, responsive communication and ensured that any requested changes were implemented straight away.
"I just wanted it more simple so that it was simple for participants... they could get on and find everything they need pretty much straight away. My favorite part about the new site is just how easy it is. It might be simple, but it's easy to navigate. You guys were easy to communicate with, professional, and listened to what I wanted and made it happen." — Tiawaana Wilkie, Creative Disability Care
