We’ve always believed technology should solve real-world problems.
Problems that make a genuine difference in people's lives.
A few years ago, we founded PKUP, a driving app designed to help end drink-driving in Australia.
We built the technology from the ground up and scaled it to help keep local roads safer.
That mission led to us being recognised as Young Canberra Citizens of the Year.
Through building PKUP and running our design agency, Justify Designs, we noticed something important.
Many of the organisations doing the most valuable work in our communities were being held back by frustrating technology.
When we looked at the NDIS sector, we saw incredible allied health professionals and support workers burning out.
We saw providers losing perfect-fit participants simply because they couldn't respond to referrals quickly enough while they were busy supporting clients.
We saw teams spending unpaid hours chasing signatures and emailing PDF Service Agreements back and forth.
It became clear that NDIS providers needed better systems.
The same kind of smart, user-friendly, automated technology we had built before.
That's why we launched this dedicated branch of Justify Designs.
We combined our experience in app development, automation, and premium design to create solutions specifically for NDIS providers.

I am not good with technology. Will this be hard for me to manage?
Not at all. We know you want to spend your time helping participants, not fussing with technology. Once your website is live, we handle all the tech in the background. If you need to change a picture or update a staff member, you don't even have to log in to a computer. Just send us a message and we will do it for you.
How long does it take to get my new website up and running?
We know you are busy, so we move quickly. From the moment we have our workshop, we can typically design, build, and launch your new website and digital intake system in just 7 to 14 days.
I don't want my practice to look like a generic corporate clinic or an aged care facility. Can you help?
Absolutely. Many NDIS providers come to us frustrated that their old website doesn't look like how they want. We custom-design every site from scratch to make sure it captures your unique approach. Whether you want a "warm and family-style" feel or want to proudly display your NDIS Registration logo, we make sure your website accurately reflects the genuine care you provide.
I already have a domain name and a booking system. Do I have to start over?
No, you do not have to start from scratch. We can easily keep your current domain name to avoid any unnecessary costs. If you already have a booking system you like, we can easily connect it to your new website so you don't lose any of your current scheduling tools.
How do the digital Intake Forms and Service Agreements actually work?
Right now, you probably have to email a PDF to a client, ask them to print it, physically sign it, and scan it back. Our system turns that into a simple online link. You send the link, the participant fills it out on their phone, and they sign it with their finger on the screen. It saves you hours of chasing paperwork and is completely safe and secure.
