Dying To Tell You (Amber Chapman)

Opportunity

Amber had envisioned creating a website for her business for two decades but was repeatedly hindered by the overwhelming nature of the process and a lack of clear direction. Her previous attempts at building a site herself fell short, and past consultations with other professionals left her feeling misunderstood and bogged down by tedious processes. She ultimately needed a structured framework, clear deadlines, and a team that could accurately capture the nuanced, highly personal nature of her human services business.

Our Approach

We initiated the project by providing the exact structure and accountability Amber had been missing to overcome her initial hesitation. Through highly communicative and attentive planning, we established clear timelines and a straightforward framework that completely eliminated her overwhelm. Our strategy focused heavily on active listening, ensuring her non-negotiable branding elements and personal narrative were handled delicately and positioned perfectly alongside her professional messaging.

Testimonial

"I burst into tears... the relief was real because I'd been hoping, looking, thinking, trying, knowing that I need to have a website, and it's just been a real struggle for me to execute it. You really heard the parts of my business that were important to me and positioned them in the right spot. I really feel like it's an extension of me, and that's important." — Amber Chapman

Creative Disability Care (Tiawaana Wilkie)

Opportunity

For NDIS providers, accessibility and clarity are everything. However, Tiawaana felt her previous website was overly "wordy" and lacked a streamlined flow. The sheer volume of text was overwhelming, and she recognised that her participants needed a much simpler way to find essential information. Tiawaana had been trying to build and fix the website herself, which was proving to be a frustrating and time-consuming roadblock.

Our Approach

Tiawaana originally discovered us through a Facebook post offering a free website build. While naturally a little hesitant at first ("nothing is for free"), she realized it was the perfect opportunity to hand the reins over to professionals and remove the financial pressure of a new build.

Our primary goal was to take the burden off her shoulders. During the strategy phase, our team member Oscar worked closely with Tiawaana, asking targeted questions to help her clarify her message. Even when she knew what she wanted but didn't know how to articulate it, our collaborative process helped extract her exact vision. We prioritized clear, responsive communication and ensured that any requested changes were implemented straight away.

Testimonial

"I just wanted it more simple so that it was simple for participants... they could get on and find everything they need pretty much straight away. My favorite part about the new site is just how easy it is. It might be simple, but it's easy to navigate. You guys were easy to communicate with, professional, and listened to what I wanted and made it happen."Tiawaana Wilkie, Creative Disability Care
